The salt is hand-harvested from the Norwegian Sea right off the Romsdal coast, and is a completely natural product.

There is actually only one ingredient, and that is fresh Norwegian seawater. 

To preserve the delicate consistency, we recommend storing the salt in the container or in a separate bowl with a lid.
