It all started when five students with a common interest in exploiting the resources of the sea met in a master’s program at the University of Agder. Here, the foundation was laid for the ambition to use more microalgae as a source of omega-3. It is a challenging task, but by introducing products that showcase the many possibilities of the sea, we can take steps towards realizing our ambition. Vikingsalt is a world-class sea salt, which combined with the microorganisms of the sea, will add flavor and color to your meal.
